Because he is authentic and genuine. He has the qualities and traits that we all want to have. He is a natural leader and he represents goodness. He is devoted to Christ and that's a good thing. One may not agree with his spiritual beliefs, but one can readily accept his devotion. His belief is such a great strength. Perhaps Tim Tebow brings a purity that is so lacking today. It is infectious. We all want to feel it. We all want to feel such love and devotion for ourselves and each other. His faith and belief elevate the Broncos. They play better. There only a handful of professional athletes who have this quality. I refer to those who do not resort to intimidation or bullying.
Magic Johnson comes to mind.
Now he may not be the prototypical quarterback, but he wins. And has the support of the fans and his team. I may not be a Broncos fan, but I root for him.
